Just to try to help clear up
some of the questions I have been getting.
The message button on your
phone does not open one mailbox; it is just an easy way to get into the mail
system.
The message light on the phone
is linked to all of the users who have voice mail in that room. It will stay lit
until all users boxes are empty.
You can retrieve your voice
mail from any phone in the district and from outside. The directions are the
same.
Once you hear the announcement
press the * key.
It will prompt you for your
id, this is your voice mail extension (should start with 53). Don’t forget the # key after.
Then it will prompt you for
your password, it should be a 6 digit number, again followed by the # key.
If you have not set it up yet the password is 246810.
If you are setting it up for the first time it will walk you through setting it
up, I think it takes less than 5 minutes.
