After several weeks of study, the students in Mrs. Ruddy's class were given three options to create projects showcasing their knowledge of ancient Egypt.

Students chose to make either a pyramid with facts and pictures surrounding it, a sarcophagus (a stone coffin, typically adorned with a sculpture or inscription) that included objects in it fit for a pharaoh, as well as a description of the pharaoh's life and information on the mummification process, or make a travel brochure for ancient Egypt.

Students went above and beyond creating projects out of a variety of materials and had a great time showcasing their work!

The students presented their projects in class and also had a chance to set them up around the room for their peers to see.
