Congratulations to Mrs. Bush's first-grade class for winning the golden spatula award for September. The golden spatula is awarded monthly to the class with the best behavior in the cafeteria. Students had special seating and the golden spatula to hang in their classroom for the rest of the month. Way to go!

Science meets history in our Living Environment class!
Our budding biologists are collecting data and making daily observations at the start of the second week of their 28-day lab. They are recreating the "Seed Lab" originally performed by legendary Biologist Charles Darwin upon his return to England after his famed expedition from the Galapagos Islands, which led to the proposed theory of "Natural Selection."

The College Caravan stopped in Fort Ann today, and our students were able to learn about 25 different collegiate programs, meet college representatives, and discuss opportunities after high school!
